Sending out RFQs
Analyzing & Maintaining Inventory
Creating reports using Excel
Follow-ups with suppliers for order confirmation & delivery
Research on products
Issue purchase orders & quotes
Dealing with NCRs and Supplier Evaluations
Supplier Account Reconcilliations and Payments
Required Skills: math, communication in both written & verbal English, Cantonese, Mandarin
* Knowledge of Business Vision is an asset.
2-3 yrs Purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
