In this one hour free session you will learn Isha Kriya a 12-18 minute practice to help you become meditative effortlessly. Attain health, clarity and joy. Isha Kriya does not require any prior experience of meditation and can be done sitting on a chair. Designed by Sadhguru, a realized yogi and authority in the field of yoga, the session will be conducted by a trained instructor and online support shall be available after the session.
